Good things take time. We work with a global network of production partners to print and ship your personalized snugglegear from the location closest to you. Since we print every item to order, it usually takes about 2-5 days to create before it hits the mail. Because your item is a unique creation, made just for you, we can't do traditional returns if you change your mind. But, if it arrives damaged or defective we'll automatically enroll you into our wardrobe protection program and make it right immediately. Just send us a photo within 30 days of delivery.
