We handle the designs, but consider this your official warning: once you've suited up in our official snugglegear, any shenanigans, excessive napping, or 'trouble' you find yourself in is strictly between you and your cozy choices. TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Ownership of Designs
All artwork, graphics, and designs on this website, with the exception of certain mockups, are the intellectual property of Snugglebug Mafia. Your purchase of a physical product does not grant you the right to scan, reproduce, or resell our artwork in any digital or physical format.
2. Made-to-Order Production
As the designer of these products, we do not physically manufacture them. Every item is custom-manufactured, meaning it is tailored specifically for you only after an order is placed.
Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days to print and pack your order before it is shipped. More detailed information can be found on individual product pages.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs.
3. Product Appearance and Variations
We use digital mockups to show how designs will look on products.
Because computer screens show colors using light (RGB) and printers use ink (CMYK), the final colors on your physical product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
Placement: Small variations in design placement are normal in custom printing processes.
4. Refund and Return Policy
Because every item is custom-made to order, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, changing your mind, or if you ordered the wrong size/color. Please consult the size charts provided before ordering.
Address Errors: If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we cannot offer a refund or a free replacement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., holes in the garment) or with a severe printing error (e.g., the wrong design or a major smudge), we will provide a replacement at no cost.
Requirement: You must email a clear photo of the damaged item and your order number to the email address below within 30 days of delivery.
